About Us
Kelly and her family have lived in Elbert and Douglas
counties for over 16 years and love to call Colorado home. Kelly
enjoys her real estate career immensely as it is a great opportunity to help
people realize their dreams. Loving the career, is a good thing, in that
it is not a career for "part-timers". Clients are, most times, making some
of the biggest decisions of their lives when it comes to real estate, and
someone must be there for them 24/7. Kelly is the Broker/Owner of
four RE/MAX Brokerages and has many great Associates and staff working with her.
She most recently completed terms as Vice-President of the Douglas Elbert Board of
Realtors and, subsequently as President. Kelly was also awarded 2004 Broker of the Year by DERA, as well as "Broker/Owner"
of the year by RE/MAX Mountain States Region. Kelly was recently featured
by USA Today for her achievements in real estate. Let Kelly put this

History
RE/MAX Accord was established in 1995 to serve
the needs of the Eastern Douglas and Elbert Counties of
Colorado. In April of 2002, Kelly Hughes, who had been an
Associate Broker at RE/MAX Accord, acquired the company
and began a major expansion of the company's presence.
Since that time the Company has quadrupled its presence in
Elizabeth and expanded to new offices in Franktown,
Colorado and Parker, Colorado to provide increased support for Eastern Douglas
County. The company is also to open a new
office in Castle Pines, July 1st, to serve the southern area of
Douglas County and the northern area of El Paso County. The dedicated team of professionals at
RE/MAX Accord and the loyalty and trust of clients have
made this growth possible.
